The Event

SKYLINE EXPOSITIONS has always endeavored to create meaningful platforms for builders and buyers to meet for mutual benefits. Keeping in mind a typical buying pattern of buyers to purchase real estate in a radius of 5 km within their current premise.
We have identified the above locations and areas of east Pune which are dominating the purchase trends in recent times and are coming to the forefront due to the surge in IT sector, educational hubs, shopping, schools and as the most desired living options the region our previous two sales efforts at cocoon hotel (26th to 28th January 2018) and Radisson Blu, (9th February to 10th 2019) had a tremendous turnout with special offers from builders, spot site visits, group booking offers and spot sanction from multiple housing finance companies and banks with expert counselling to visitors.

Our experienced team filters clients according to possession timeline, requirement and budget for seamless site visits for closures during the activation along proper information on location dynamics according to the need of the customer.

Our last managed event “CREDAI-PUNE Metro 2022,2023,2024” were held at Agriculture Ground, Pune, met with huge success with 90+ participants, 17000 online registration and 9700 on ground visitors’ logged at venue.

We also do tactical micro market activation for sales "MONSOON BONANZA PROPERTY EXPO" 2024 AT HOTEL TIP TOP, WAKAD, PUNE on 13th & 14th July 2024 And IDBI BANK PRESENT "ARISING EAST PUNE" at Radisson Blu hotel, Kharadi, Pune on 25th & 26th February 2023, were supported by all blue chip developers and provided a platform for closures.

The first of its kind open house for auction of overhung inventory of ready possession flats in projects in the region. The event campaign will generate direct enquiries and There will be a group booking 'goodwill ambassador program' and Benefits will be given for limited period for buyers under this scheme.

CHANNEL PARTNERS will be a part of this activation and this will be parallel activity with B2B registration counter.
Brokerage attracted will be 3 percent with progessive slab and ladder commision on percentage offered for the event for 60 days of tagging till closure.
Billing to be raised after agreement for sale.
All enquiries can be monitored on daily basis and weekly assessment jointly.
