NOTE- On signing this participation form, we agree to the brokerage terms and slabs as attached on our letterhead. We will hold the scheme offered at the event for 60 days with tagging of the organizers and will not entertain any client who has visited the event with proper registration directly or through any other
broker. Also any referral or group booking involving the registered clients we will entertain only through the organizer and will not offer any direct deals to any client.
TERMS & CONDITIONS:-
Payment and Participation:
• No Exhibitor will be allowed to participate in the Exhibition without paying the full amount towards Stall space booked.
• No refund of payment will be made for the cancellation of the display/Stand booked by the Exhibitor once the stalls are booked.
Event Logistics:
• The Organizers shall be at liberty to change the layout, dates, timings, or venue of the Exhibition due to unavoidable circumstances or to cancel the Exhibition for such reasons under advice to the Exhibitors.
• Timing of the exhibition will be from 10 a.m. to 8.00 p.m.
• Exhibitors are requested to submit Extra Power Requirement at the time of allotment, and after possession, no extra power will be given to any participant.
• Exhibitors are requested to complete their stall designing by 8.00 a.m. on Event Date.
• As per the Rules and the Regulations of the Venue, the venue will not be available for display/stand erection work after 8.00 pm each day.
Responsibilities and Conduct:
• The Organizers will not be held responsible by the Exhibitor for any mistakes, omissions, etc.
• Any damage or loss caused to any part of the Exhibition Centre or to the goods belonging to other Exhibitors or Stand Contractors in the Exhibition will be charged for by the Organizers from the concerned Exhibitor.
• Any loss or damage to goods suffered by the Exhibitor owing to various reasons shall not be the responsibility of the Organizers.
• Every Exhibitor and all persons for whom he may be considered responsible must conduct himself in such a manner as shall not be objectionable. Noncompliance may result in removal from the Exhibition site.
• Subletting the stand/display to any other person or company or occupying vacant Stall space other than the allotted stall space is strictly prohibited.
• All Exhibitors will abide by the rules and regulations laid down by the Organizers, verbally or in writing.
Final Decisions and Disputes:
The decision of the Organizers will be final and binding on all concerned, and all legal disputes will be strictly restricted to the Jurisdiction of Courts in Pune, India.
Acknowledgment:
All Exhibitors have been deemed to have read, understood, and agreed totally with all the terms and conditions mentioned above before signing the Stall Application Form.

N.B.: Any Exhibitor found violating any of the above terms and conditions, the organizers will have the right(s) to seize and close the Exhibitor’s stand immediately and forfeit the amount paid towards the Exhibition stand.
